Our spine board is equipped with 88 acupressure nodes (44 on each side) that exert a small amount of pressure onto your upper and lower back to simulate a gentle massage.
3 Adjustable Levels
If you’re incredibly flexible or are just beginning your journey to a better feeling back, our back stretcher is adjustable to fit your needs and comfort level. The back board features 3 notches that sets the arch angle at 15, 30, and 45 degrees respectively. The higher the arch, the more stretch you receive. We recommend you start at the lowest arch and work your way up gradually.
Premium Memory Foam Pad
When you want to experience a more cushioned stretch, most back stretching devices don’t provide the option; often leaving you to use a towel as a makeshift cushion. Fortunately, you won’t have to do that with ours. The spine stretcher includes a premium memory foam pad that attaches directly to the unit. The foam cushion is fitted with a breathable cover (that’s machine washable). Foam pad is ideal when using the lumbar stretcher while sitting up.
Soft Spinal Strip
The soft, spinal strip helps your back stay in the correct position while using the back arch stretcher. It adds necessary stability so you can use the lumbar device without slipping or shifting out of position. In addition, it helps to pad your spine for additional comfort.
